Change of pace in our restaurant: we are proud to announce that Franco Aliberti has become the new executive chef at Tre Cristi Milano since November 14th.

Born in Scafati (Salerno) in 1985, Franco has already gained considerable expertise and recognition. He has worked with professionals such as Alain Ducasse, Massimo Spigaroli, Massimiliano Alajmo, Gualtiero Marchesi, Massimo Bottura, Gianluca Fusto, Corrado Assenza, Gino Fabbri and Leonardo Di Carlo.

With his bent for pastry, precise to the millimetre, and his playful and experimental temperament, he promises to enchant you with all-round experiences, in balance between cooking and aesthetics.
