From December 3rd you can try his culinary art at Tre Cristi Milano, condensed in the tasting menu and à la carte formulas.
To get a taste of the chef’s territory-centric approach we recommend two options:
In the City: 8 courses dedicated to the historic districts and iconic places of Milan (price 70/110 euros)
A stone’s throw away … from Milan: 10 courses strictly seasonal, the result of a collaboration with small niche producers, accompanied by the detail of the ingredients and the distance from the city for finding them (price 90/150 euros).
The short supply chain as a key to understanding the chef’s philosophy also shapes the à la carte proposals: a playful, essential, conceptual, almost scientific kaleidoscope of dishes.
This approach goes hand in hand with the desire to reduce food waste, enhancing the ingredients of the territory and the work of farmers, breeders and artisans of taste.
