Our third appointment with the Sinergie events was a great success: some fifty participants literally filled the restaurant in a cheerful atmosphere together with the author Roberta Schira.
With the arrival of the beautiful season, the evening started with sipping the aperitif in the patio and went on inside.
The highlight of the event was the presentation of the book La gioia del riordino in cucina, with the precious tips of the gourmet journalist on the management of the most emotional place of our home.
Our chef Dario Pisani was nicely distracted for a few minutes from preparing the menu in the kitchen to duet with the writer about “his way” of organizing and tidying up the kitchen environment.
At the end of the evening, Roberta Schira was available for the book signing session, chatting with guests and personalizing their copy with a dedication.
