From March 21st to 24th Tre Cristi Milano takes part in the Goût de France event, promoted by chef Alain Ducasse in collaboration with the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.
These days we are one of the 3000 restaurants in 150 countries that celebrate the fineness of French gastronomy with a dedicated menu, inspired by the bountifulness and the pleasure of the art de vivre à la française.
The initiative was born from the work of Auguste Escoffier, the chef who invented French haute cuisine and who in 1912 began “Les Dîners d’Epicure”: the same menu, in the same day, in different cities of the world for the most large audience possible.
Dario Pisani has interpreted the most prestigious culinary tradition in the world with sublime proposals. Here is the menu of the 4 evenings:
Escargot, aïoli sauce and grains of black olives
Etza 2016, Radoar
Roasted foie gras escalope with orange and fennel compote
Etna Rosso 2015, Benanti
Parmentier Soup in puff pastry
Costa di Giulia 2016, Michele Satta
Label Rouge roast chicken in Périgueux sauce with spinach, pine nuts and raisins
Dattilo 2012, Ceraudo
Vanilla soufflé with passion fruit sauce
Roen 2013, Tramin
The price is 80 euros per person or 115 euros with matched wines.
