Franco Aliberti, born in Scafati in 1985 and having already gained considerable expertise and recognition, leaves behind the starred restaurant La Preséf in Mantello, Valtellina, to arrive in the futuristic district of Porta Nuova Varesine carrying with him a breath of fresh air.
His new home has become the theater of his truly original idea of cooking that we invite you to experience: raw materials are presented in different textures, exploiting the edible parts of fruit and vegetables, the poor and least noble ingredients. The result is a game of visual and gustatory appearances that deceives the senses.
